We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via email or, if booked through Facebook, on messenger. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-Hours before your appointment time.
Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay towards their visit when booking future appointments.
Appointment cancellations through text or email are welcomed.
We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
Fills are based on the amount of time since your last visit and are scheduled for a certain amount of time. Fills done on other lash technicians work (foreign fills) will be charged an additional $20 and results cannot be gauranteed.
Mini fills are allotted 45 minutes
14 days or less are allotted 1 hr 15 min
21 days or less are allotted 1 hr 45 min
over 21 days are allotted 2 hr and require 30% coverage remaining*
* Anything less then 30% coverage per eye is considered a "Full- Set" and will be charged accordingly.
We accept Cash and all major credit cards.
Gratuities are accepted.
We're confident that you're going to love your lashes! So confident that we have a 48 hour guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your lashes call us within 48 hours and we'll schedule a removal and give you a refund. Removal must be completed within a week of our first appointment. Failure to show up for removal voids refund.
